Causes of stress

The causes of stress in our modern life are easy to identify. First of all, people nowadays have to suffer from a huge load of work. They spend more and more time working to earn money for higher daily expenses and avoid unemployment. On the contrary, their relaxing time is less and less, which greatly contributes to stress. Secondly, financial problems are also responsible for stress. If people have troubles with their finance, they can do nothing but spend all their time finding out the solutions. Moreover, as they are always in a bad mood, it is easy for them to have conflict with others. Because they think that no one supports them in their serious situations, they will soon be more depressed. Finally, relationship breaking up can also lead to stress. After splitting up, people often feel hopeless as if they had nothing important left. They do not receive any care or support from their partners as they used to. In conclusion, to be stress-free, we should try to balance our lives and look on the bright side.
